To prevent this, all parts undergo mechanical and chemical processing, which allows us to obtain a surface ideal for applying paintwork.
Powder coating and polymerization are carried out taking into account all the recommendations of the paintwork manufacturer. As a result, you get exercise machines with rich and bright colors of the coating.
After the exercise machine parts come out of painting, each part is checked for painting quality:

• absence of "underpainting"
• absence of "smudges"
• absence of "garbage" on the surface

If the painted part does not meet one of the requirements, the part is prepared and re-painted.

Based on the results of the paint application quality check, the parts are assembled, if necessary, into larger units and packed in three-layer corrugated cardboard.

The manufacturer bears all costs associated with warranty repairs during the warranty period. The manufacturer has the right to refuse warranty service if, during the warranty period, technical changes were made to the design of the exercise machines without the manufacturer's permission to make them or the requirements for the operating conditions of the sports equipment were not met.
In the event of a warranty case, the parties are guided by the Law of the Russian Federation of February 7, 1992 N 2300-I "On the Protection of Consumer Rights".
