Characteristics:

• The T-Bar Row exercise allows you to maximally load the back muscles and “draw” the relief - despite the fact that the exercise can be considered isolated, nevertheless, the muscles of the lower back and abdominal muscles are also involved.
• Narrow and wide grips are provided for performing exercises in the exercise machine.
• The footrests are knurled to prevent the soles from slipping and have a 5 degree slope for ease of exercise.
• The center of gravity of the exercise machine is designed in such a way that there is no outweighing towards the rod loaded with weights (the exercise machine does not tip over).
• the base has plastic supports that prevent the exercise machine from sliding on the floor and protect the floor covering from damage.
