Description

The RT-Sport XSV-MS Smith Machine is designed for gyms with high and medium traffic.

Muscles involved:

hip muscles (adductors, quadriceps, biceps and others)
lower back muscles
gluteus maximus
back
calf
abs

This is a universal machine that can be used to work out the muscles of the entire body.

Exercises:

bench press (flat and inclined)
squats in the Smith
seated press
lunges
chin-up bar
shrugs from behind the back
bent-over row
can be used for various injuries to reduce the load on injured joints by limiting the range of motion.
great for practicing the technique of performing various basic exercises.

Characteristics:

smooth movement of the bar along the chrome guides in the simulator is provided by eight rollers on 16 bearings.
the carriage has 4 rollers on 8 bearings. Each carriage has 4 rollers on 16 bearings.
It is possible to manufacture the simulator with counterweights that compensate (zero) the weight of the bar.
The weight of an empty bar in a Smith machine with counterweights is 10 kg.
The bar diameter is 28 mm, the seating diameter of the disks is 50 mm, the length of the bar is 220 cm.
The frame of the simulator is made of a 100*50x3 mm profile pipe.
There are 6 places for storing weights. The place for storing weights is installed on 6 plastic supports that prevent the simulator from sliding on the floor and damaging the floor covering.
