    The RT-Sport SV-MS Smith Machine is designed for gyms with high and medium traffic.

    Muscles involved:

    • hip muscles (adductors, quadriceps, biceps and others)
    • lower back muscles
    • gluteus maximus
    • back
    • calf
    • abs

    This is a universal machine that can be used to work out the muscles of the entire body.

    Exercises:

    • bench press (horizontal and inclined)
    • Smith squats
    • seated press
    • lunges
    • barbell chin-up
    • behind-the-back shrugs
    • inclined row
    • can be used for various injuries to reduce the load on injured joints by limiting the range of motion.
    • great for practicing the technique of performing various basic exercises.

    Characteristics:

    • smooth movement of the bar along the chrome guides in the simulator is provided by eight rollers on 16 bearings.
    • the carriage has 4 rollers on 8 bearings. Each carriage has 4 rollers on 16 bearings.
    • It is possible to manufacture the simulator with counterweights that compensate (zero) the weight of the bar.
    • The weight of the empty bar in the Smith simulator without counterweights is 25 kg, with counterweights - 10 kg.
    • The diameter of the bar is 28 mm, the landing diameter of the disks is 50 mm, the length of the bar is 220 cm.
    • The frame of the simulator is made of a 60x60x3 mm profile pipe.
    • There are 4 places for storing weights. The place for storing weights is installed on 4 plastic supports, preventing the simulator from sliding on the floor and damaging the floor covering.

      Благодарим за тренажер. Во второй зал Машину Смита давно планировали поставить, но все бюджет не позволял. Ваше предложение по цене однозначно лучшее на рынке + еще и доставили бесплатно. В другом зале у нас стоит очень похожая машина Смита, но покупали ее года полтора назад за 67 т.р. Ваша вышла дешевле почти на 11000 и по качеству ваша больше нравится. Благодарим за качественные тренажеры по доступным ценам.
