    The RT-Sport SV-17 free weight hack machine is designed for professional use in gyms with high and medium traffic.

    The muscles involved are:

    • the front of the thigh (quadriceps): wide lateral, wide medial, rectus
    • the gluteus maximus
    • the back of the thigh (biceps): biceps, semitendinosus, semimembranosus
    • the stabilizer muscles involved are: rectus and oblique abdominal muscles, spinal extensors, trapezius

    Helps to work out the muscles of the lower body.

    Instructions for use:

    • use the disks to load the required weight.
    • stand on the platform, press your back to the support, bring your shoulders under stop.
    • remove the safety lever and start squatting.

    Characteristics:

    • the shoulder rests and backrest are made of high-quality, modern materials - the base is multi-layer plywood, not thinner than 15 mm, the soft part is isolon, not thinner than 40 mm, the cover is high-quality leatherette, 0.18 mm thick.
    • the grip areas have rubber handles for a secure grip.
    • all levers and rotation units are mounted on bearings to ensure smooth running and noiselessness.
    • the load is set by disks.
