RT-Sport GT-1 block frame

The Block Frame exercise machine is designed for professional use in gyms with high and medium traffic.

The muscles involved are:

• abs
• arms (biceps, triceps, delta)
• legs (muscles of the back, outer, inner and outer thighs)
• gluteal muscles

This is a universal exercise machine designed for the comprehensive development of different muscle groups. 

Instructions for use:

• select the required weight of the weight block using the lock
• install the required type of handle for the exercise

Characteristics:

• handles are not included
• all levers and rotation units are mounted on bearings to ensure smooth running and noiselessness.
• the weight stack moves along chromed guides with the help of rollers on bearings and a steel insulated cable.
• the load is created by a weight block stack assembled from 5 kg plates.
• smooth and silent sliding of the simulator weights is ensured by plastic bushings installed in each weight block.
