Description
The SR-115 adjustable bench is designed for use at home and in low-traffic commercial gyms.
Use:
- can be used without racks as a bench for dumbbell presses (lying or sitting)
- for dumbbell flyes
- for dumbbell flyes with chest support
- for barbell presses.
Advantages:
- the SR-115 bench was designed for the widest possible range of exercises - an adjustable angle (adjustable backrest) allows you to perform all of the above exercises at an angle, in the range from 0 to 70 degrees, which significantly increases the number of muscle groups "working" during training.
- the hinge in the "back-seat" connection is assembled on a steel axis with a diameter of 20 mm - no bolts. This guarantees the durability of the machine, the absence of backlash and exceptional strength.
- thanks to the technologies and high-quality materials used in production, the design of the adjustable bench allows you to train with a weight of up to 400 kg.

Скамья с такой конструкцией имеет хорошую устойчивость, углы наклона оптимальные!
Стойка легко разбирается и убирается, что очень помогает освобождать пространство.
Спасибо ребятам за такой продуманный и не дорогой инвентарь, всем своим друзьям буду советовать.
Компактность скамьи и стоек - не занимает много места. Углы наклонов скамьи и регулировка стоек по высоте порадовала, как говорится от мало до велика.
Забирал сам из Челябинска, меня встретили, помогли загрузить в машину все было уже упаковано.
