    Power frame with Smith machine RT-Sport PR-60R-MS for home and gyms with high and medium traffic.

    Muscles involved:

    • hip muscles (adductors, quadriceps, biceps and others)
    • lower back muscles
    • gluteus maximus
    • back
    • calf
    • abs

    This is a universal simulator on which you can work out the muscles of the whole body.

    Exercises:

    • bench press (horizontal and inclined)
    • squats in Smith
    • seated press
    • lunges
    • bar pull to chin
    • shrugs from behind the back
    • inclined row
    • can be used for various injuries to reduce the load on injured joints by limiting the range of motion.
    • great for practicing the technique of performing various basic exercises.

    Characteristics:

    • smooth movement of the bar along chrome guides in the simulator is provided by eight rollers on 16 bearings.
    • the carriage has 4 rollers on 8 bearings. Each carriage has 4 rollers on 16 bearings.
    • It is possible to manufacture the simulator with counterweights that compensate (zero) the weight of the bar.
    • The weight of an empty bar in a Smith machine without counterweights is 25 kg, with counterweights - 10 kg.
    • The diameter of the bar is 28 mm, the landing diameter of the disks is 50 mm, the length of the bar is 220 cm.
    • The frame of the simulator is made of a 60x60x3 mm profile pipe.
    • There are 2 places for storing weights.
