    Power frame with Smith machine and upper-lower pull option, PR-60R-MS-GT weight block for home and high- and medium-traffic gyms.

    Muscles involved:

    • hip muscles (adductors, quadriceps, biceps and others)
    • lower back muscles
    • gluteus maximus
    • back
    • calf
    • abs

    This is a universal exercise machine that can be used to work out the muscles of the entire body.

    Characteristics:

    • smooth movement of the bar along chrome guides in the exercise machine is provided by eight rollers on 16 bearings.
    • the carriage has 4 rollers on 8 bearings. Each carriage has 4 rollers on 16 bearings.
    • It is possible to manufacture the simulator with counterweights that compensate (zero) the weight of the bar.
    • The weight of an empty bar in a Smith machine without counterweights is 25 kg, with counterweights - 10 kg.
    • The diameter of the bar is 28 mm, the landing diameter of the disks is 50 mm, the length of the bar is 220 cm.
    • The frame of the simulator is made of a 60x60 profile pipe, the thickness is 2 or 3 mm (selected when ordering).
    • There are 2 places for storing weights.
    • Handles for the upper and lower pull are supplied with the simulator.
    • Permissible load: 400 kg - on the power frame and Smith machine.
    • The weight stack moves along chromed guides using rollers on bearings and a steel insulated cable.
    • the load is created by a weight block stack assembled from 5 kg plates.
    • smooth and silent sliding of the weights of the simulator is ensured by plastic bushings installed in each weight block.
