RT-Sport PR-60R multifunctional power frame with horizontal bar

Description

The PR-60R multifunctional power rack is designed for high-traffic commercial gyms and for home use.

Muscles involved:

This is a universal exercise machine that allows you to work out the muscles of the whole body.

Characteristics:

the main purpose of the power rack is to increase the weights you are used to during training with the ability to limit the range of motion of the bar - this will help load your muscles to a much higher degree than during regular training.
will allow you to work with heavy weights absolutely safely, the safety stops will not allow the bar to crush you.
the design of the exercise machine is completely collapsible.
frame assembly and rack fastening are made through thick 5 mm steel plates.
frame strength, thanks to the plates, exceeds welded frames.
the power frame provides 26 fixation points for safety stops and for bar stops. This will help train "weak" muscles by doing exercises with a limited range of motion.
It is made of thick-walled profile, 60*60 mm cross-section, steel thickness 2 mm (it is possible to make a power frame for home or gym from a profile with a steel thickness of 3 mm).
The permissible load on the frame is 400 kg (!!!).
To maintain an aesthetic appearance, all areas of the frame where contact with the barbell occurs are protected by stainless steel pads that will protect against scratches and paint chips.
For training in a power frame, it is recommended to use a bar with a working part length (between the bushings for hanging the disks) of at least 120 cm.

Мощная, красивая силовая рама, стоит намертво. В комплекте 2 страховочных планки, 2 стойки под штангу и 2 подвеса для дисков. Шикарный удобный турник с ручками для прямого и параллельного хватов. Насколько я понял, есть возможность докупить к этой модели еще и брусья.
Собрал без помощника, хоть и не без труда, рекомендую делать это вдвоем. Отличная покупка в тренажерный зал и для тех, у кого достаточно свободного пространства дома.

Всё отлично упаковано, все болтики, шайбы, гайки ровно под расчет!
Рама отличная, крепкая, толстый металл, отлично сварена. Собралась на ура!
Всего 2 кронштейна в комплекте для хранения дисков штанги - определенно нужно еще 2 минимум для комфортного использования.

Здравствуйте. Рама пришла быстро. Все упаковано надежно, ничего не поцарапано. Комплект крепежа с запасом. Собирать было легко. Пользовался видео уроком по сборке с официального сайта rt-sport. Все отверстия при сборке подошли идеально. В общем я очень доволен.
Прочная, надежная, толстостенный металл, турник с несколькими хватами, можно быстро и легко менять высоту страховочных крюков и упоров.
Всем рекомендую.

Хорошая рама, правильная конструкция, обеспечивающая требуемую жесткость
Розовая, потому, что тренируется девочка.
Есть пара замечаний
1) В местах где соединяется сразу несколько элементов коротковаты болты. В паре мест пришлось отказаться от гровера (смотри фото)
2) Не хватает резиновых прокладок для снижения звука удара при установке штанги на упоры (поставил тефлоновые прокладки)
