Please note that for your convenience, we offer standard options for some categories of exercise machines.
Before adding to the cart, you can select:

• Color of the exercise machine
• For weight-block exercise machines - weight of the weight-block
• For exercise machines on free weights - landing diameter of the disks
• For power frames - thickness of steel and height of the power frame

To place an order, the following information is required:

• Email - to the specified email address, you will receive notifications from the online store related to the order - receipt of payment, transfer of the order to the delivery service
• Contact phone number to contact you
• Your last name, first name and patronymic
• City and address of order delivery
• In the "Comments" field, you can indicate all your wishes regarding the order, if any

After placing the order, a notification with information about your order will be sent to the specified email address. We will also receive a notification about the order and contact you to clarify the details and answer your questions. Orders are processed during business hours from 9:00 to 17:00 (MSK)

We offer our customers the opportunity to customize the equipment they order without any additional delays or payments. You can choose the desired color, weight of the weight block, mounting diameters of the disks, thickness of the steel and height of the power frames.
To store the entire ready-made assortment with various characteristics, we would need huge areas, which would affect the cost of the equipment. We chose the option of working on order - this allows us to maintain optimal prices, and you get equipment with the desired characteristics.
All sports equipment manufactured by RT-Sport is made only to order.
After receiving the order and confirming the fact of payment for the ordered exercise machine, a production card is issued, according to which the purchase of materials and components is made.
In other words, the exercise machine is made especially for you, according to an individual order, taking into account the parameters that you choose when placing the order, for the money that you pay us.

Orders are delivered throughout Russia and to the CIS countries by transport companies with which contracts have been concluded.

If your city is not on the list of any of the above TCs, be sure to contact us and we will select a delivery option.

By default, all cargo is sent via the Business Lines TC. If you need another TC, please let us know.

After your order is manufactured and packed, we transfer it to the transport company.

The transport company marks the order and enters it into the carrier's electronic database, thus virtually eliminating the possibility of cargo loss. Over more than 10 years of our work, there have been only 2 such cases.

After the cargo arrives at the terminal in your city, the transport company specialists will contact you and notify you of the arrival of the cargo in your name. You will be asked to come to the warehouse to receive it yourself or will be offered to arrange delivery to the required address. The cost of delivery to an address within the city is on average 1,500 rubles. Address delivery is by default carried out to the entrance. If you need to lift the cargo to the floor and bring it into the apartment, you can order this service from a transport company specialist yourself. 

If you pick up the cargo from the transport company yourself in a passenger car, then consult with us in advance, we will tell you whether the exercise machine will fit in your car.

When receiving the cargo at the TC terminal or upon delivery to your address, be sure to check that the number of places indicated in the consignment note corresponds to the actual number of places. If there is visual damage to the packaging, cargo or a discrepancy in the number of places, inform the TC employee who issues the cargo about this. He is obliged to fill out a report on damage or loss of part of the cargo. And also notify us by phone, email or Whatsapp. We will send the damaged or missing part to you at our own expense. All cargo is insured against loss and damage.

Each exercise machine comes complete with:

• exercise machine
• plastic and soft fittings
• hardware for assembly and installation of the exercise machine
• documents for the exercise machine

You will not need to purchase any additional fasteners, cables, rollers, etc. The exercise machine comes with all the elements necessary for assembly and installation. In other words, after assembly, the exercise machine is completely ready for use. 

You may need keys to assemble the exercise machine. Please check with us at the time of purchase what is needed to assemble the exercise machine.

We assemble exercise machines that contain units that are difficult for an ordinary user to assemble at the factory and send the exercise machines to you assembled.

If any difficulties arise during the assembly of the exercise machine, please contact us, we will help.

All sports equipment manufactured by the RT-Sport workshop has an increased safety margin.

This is ensured by an accurate engineering calculation of the simulator at the design stage. We at RT-Sport use the experience of other simulator manufacturers and our own personal many years of work experience.

Before launching into serial production, up to 5 trial samples of simulators are manufactured, each sample is tested for:

• permissible loads
• ease of use
• efficiency of use.

Changes are made to each prototype and the simulator is tested again. Only after there are no comments on the simulator is it launched into serial production.

Also, after the first deliveries of new models to customers, we collect feedback on the operation of the simulator and make changes to the design taking into account the recommendations of users.

RT-Sport's production facility is located in Rostov-on-Don. Our geographical location allows us to deliver orders to the Far East and Western Russia in the shortest possible time. The average delivery time for an order, for example, to:

• Kuril Islands 30 days
• Kaliningrad - 10 days
• Moscow - 4-5 days
• Chelyabinsk, Yekaterinburg, Ufa - 7-8 days
• Irkutsk - 10-12 days

After placing your order, the manager will inform you of the exact manufacturing time of your order and the delivery time to the address you need. The approximate production time is indicated on the product card for each exercise machine. The time required for production depends on the current workload of the production facility. 

If after receiving the order, the simulator for some reason does not suit you, then it is necessary within 7 days from the moment of receiving the cargo from the transport company, to send an application (in free form) to the e-mail info@rt-sport.ru. In the application, you must indicate your order number, the date of receipt of the order from the transport company, the reason for the return and a convenient way to receive the money paid for the simulator.

If the simulator was in use, has traces of assembly, then in this case the return of the goods becomes impossible, according to the Law of the Russian Federation of February 7, 1992 N 2300-I "On the Protection of Consumer Rights".

Delivery to the manufacturer's warehouse is paid by the buyer, additional packaging from the transport company - "crate" is required. The simulator for return must be packed in the same condition in which it was delivered to you. 

In our work, we are guided by the principles of maximum openness and honesty, as well as the Law of the Russian Federation of February 7, 1992 N 2300-I "On the Protection of Consumer Rights".

All exercise machines presented in the online store catalog are fully developed and manufactured by RT-Sport.

RT-Sport exercise machines are distributed both directly through the company's official website and through a network of dealers. You can get information about the relevance of the dealer you are interested in by contacting us. 

We understand your concern and desire for the simulator to be delivered to you without damage, which is why special attention is paid to the packaging of orders, because it ensures the safety of the simulator during transportation. All parts of the simulators are packed in three-layer corrugated cardboard and additionally packed in a wooden crate. This ensures maximum protection of your order during transportation.

When receiving, be sure to inspect the cargo for damage to the packaging. If the cargo is damaged, then you must indicate this to the specialist of the transport company who delivered or gives you the cargo, he knows what to do in such cases - an act is filled out. The completed act will allow you to reimburse the amount of damage from the transport company - all cargo is insured.

Also be sure to inform us that the cargo is damaged. We will send you the necessary replacement parts at our own expense. We will resolve any issues regarding compensation for damage to the transport company ourselves in the future.

However, based on our experience, our packaging reliably protects the exercise equipment during transportation.

If you need to make minor changes to the design of serial exercise machines manufactured by RT-Sport, you can send a request describing the necessary changes to our email. We will review your request and, if it is possible to change the design of the exercise machine, we will inform you of the cost of the modification you need.

If you need to develop a machine that is not in our range, send us your request describing the functionality of the machine by email. If so, attach photos of similar machines from other manufacturers or draw (by hand) how you see the machine. We will review your request and if your idea is of interest to us, we will announce the terms and cost of development and production. The development process is as follows:

• we receive from you all the necessary information about the machine you need (main functionality, design features, design, etc.)
• we develop and agree with you on the model of the machine. You receive a basic drawing indicating the main dimensions and design features. Also, if necessary, we draw a 3-D model in color to see the nuances of the future design in detail
• if there are any comments from you, we make changes to the design and send it back to you for approval
• after full approval, we launch the simulator into production. At the production facility, the simulator is completely assembled and tested. If necessary, we inform you of the test results and agree on changes to the design, if any.

When ready, the simulator is painted, packed and sent to you.

When organizing a large gym, the question always arises - how to organize the arrangement of sports equipment throughout the entire area of ​​the room as competently as possible, taking into account that in the future, visitors to the gym will be as comfortable as possible to train.

The RT-Sport company offers a service for creating a 3-D layout of the arrangement of exercise machines, taking into account all the features of your premises. As a result, you will understand what equipment fits in the planned area, taking into account all the nuances of your premises - the location of window and door openings, columns, floor beams, etc.

You will need a list of planned equipment, if you have not decided on the list of exercise machines, then we can select the optimal list of exercise machines and free weights for your premises. As well as a floor plan. If you don't have a construction plan, you can draw it by hand, indicating all the main dimensions.
