After receiving your order, we will contact you to provide detailed information on delivery and to answer your questions.

Delivery terms

Within Rostov-on-Don, delivery of orders is free to the unloading location.
Loading at the RT-Sport warehouse is carried out by us - free of charge.
Unloading and delivery at your address - by you. If you need the service of unloading, delivery into the premises, lifting to the floor, then let us know about it. Unloading is paid separately.

Pick-up from our warehouse is possible. Warehouse address: Rostov-on-Don, Dzhambulsky lane 15-B.

Delivery terms

There are no restrictions on the weight and size characteristics of the sports equipment we send.
Delivery is possible both to the terminal of the Business Lines transport company closest to you (terminal addresses) and to your address.
We carry out delivery to the loading terminal in Rostov-on-Don on our own.
After transferring the order to the delivery service, we provide you with a tracking number by which you can track the location and date of arrival of the cargo.

For individuals, payment for the cost of delivery occurs upon receipt of the goods in cash or by card.

For legal entities, payment by invoice from the delivery service is possible.

Climbing to the floor

At the receiving address, the unloading and lifting to the floor service is possible.
By default, this service is not connected. You can order it yourself by contacting the delivery service using the contacts specified here.

Delivery options

If necessary, your order can be delivered by the transport companies KIT and MagicTrans.
We carry out the delivery and clearance of cargo to the terminals of these transport companies ourselves. No additional payment is required for this.

Shipment by other transport companies is carried out only if you arrange for the collection of the cargo by the logistician of the transport company you are interested in from our warehouse.

For orders sent via TC KIT and MagicTrans:

Individuals - payment for delivery costs occurs upon receipt of the cargo in cash or by card.

Legal entities - payment by invoice from the delivery service is possible.

Delivery by dedicated transport

For large orders, we offer the option of delivery by a dedicated vehicle. Transportation is carried out from the loading point to the unloading point, bypassing intermediate warehouses. You can send your vehicle or contact us - we will select a vehicle that matches the parameters of your order. With this delivery option, the simulators are shipped 90% assembled. After receiving, you will only need to complete the assembly of large-sized units and install cargo stacks.

When the cargo arrives at the terminal of your city, a logistician of the transport company will call you or inform you in a text message. It will be necessary to pay for the delivery service (this is possible at the time of receiving the cargo by card or in cash) and receive the order.
If you placed an order on behalf of a legal entity, then to receive it you must have a seal or power of attorney from the organization.
Be sure to do the following when accepting your order:

Check the appearance. The simulator packaging must not be torn or wrinkled - it must be in a whole package.
Check the number of places of the received cargo against the consignment note. Upon acceptance, it must correspond to the number of places indicated in the consignment note.

If you find any defects, you must immediately write a claim at the office of the transport company. If the cargo is accepted at your address, the courier is obliged to provide you with assistance in drawing up a claim. It would be most useful to take a photo of the existing defects of the cargo, if possible. Claims will not be accepted if, upon receiving the cargo, you signed the receipt on the invoice at the logistician or at the office of the transport company, and the defects in the integrity and appearance of the packaging were discovered after that. But this condition will not apply to manufacturer's defects.
